S.E. PARC AGRO INDUSTRIEL DE BUKANGA-LONZO
WELCOME TO THE EXCITING FUTURE OF S.E. PARC AGRO DE INDUSTRIEL – THE BRAND NEW AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS PARK CONCEPT UNIQUE TO THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO

This large scale implementation includes not only the best in plantations but also support structures such as roads, water supply, power lines, housing, hospitals and schools and even a landing strip for aircraft.

ABOUT US
The Agricultural Business Park of the Democratic Republic of the Congo was the first step to a great agricultural reform in terms of the thought processes in Central Africa towards the development of agriculture. The first phase of the Agricultural Business Park is focused on basic crop production (maize). Maize production is unique in that it forms the basis of nutrition for not only humans, but also animals. The production of maize in phase one will therefore form the basis for future animal feed production. Bearing in mind that the main focus is not only creating, a stable agricultural and farming industry but also a sustainable chain of production i.e. from the planting of the basis material (raw material in the form of maize) right through to the final product being a piece of meat in the form of chicken on the consumers’ table.
The first sector development under the new "S.E. Parc Agro Industriel" initiative has commenced in the district of Bukanga-Lonzo, some 260 km South-East of Kinshasa. This 80 000 ha farm and village development offers a new challenge, the first in Africa, of accomplishing the goal of using raw prime land to maximum advantage for all concerned.
Other sectors will follow the pilot project of Bukanga-Lonzo. Other land will be developed not only for effective farming, but also for livestock farming plus several villages all equipped with electricity, and also comprising all the necessary modern day living requirements such as schools, clinics, libraries to maintain this new development from the raw earth.

PREMATURE VISITS S.E. PARC AGRO
The first team from Premature came to visit the Parc during the month of December 2015. There was about 35 people who attended. During the visit we took them on a tour to see what exactly we’ve been up-to and the progress that we have made since we started this project. We took them to see the construction taking place of the Pivot Dam, Power Station, Flight Pump Station at the Kwango river and the Silo Complex to name but a few. We also showed them the Quarry and Stone Crushing Plant in action. The visitors was in total disbelief that the project was still so young and that we were only busy for little more than a year since the equipment and material arrived. Some of the visitors went to the Church on the Parc and prayed for the project, we were overwhelmed by this kind gesture from them. May God bless them and this project.

BEDNAR ATLAS HO 8000
As you have seen on a previous news flash, we were very excited to share that the S.E. Parc Agro farm received Bednar Impliments (Atlas HO 8000) for the 2015 planting season. We felt that because we are so impressed with the Bednar Atlaas HO 8000, we wanted to tell you a bit more about how it. This specific implement, the Bednar Atlas HO is a heavy, compact, short disc cultivator, designed for stubble cultivation up to 18 cm. It boasts a Cross Control system to regulate the front disc row working angle. Also an integrated axle for excellent stability even at high speeds and small turn radius. There is also a Twin Disc System that ensures a high material throughput. To view a short demonstration of the Atlas HO visit our Gallery Video section.
